When a resource schedules non-working time in their calendar, this time is now considered when calculating their availability for project work. For example, if a team member with a weekly availability of 40 hours a week takes a day off, their availability for that week is reduced by 8 hours to 32 available hours.
The updated availability will be reflected on the project Select Team dialog, forecasts, and Home dashboards. In addition, related reports will be updated accordingly .
